The facilities were basic but clean and comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. One of the advantages was the attached restaurant, which served excellent food and had a lovely garden for dining when the weather was nice. The menu also offered fixed-price options with wine included, which was a good deal.

There were some noisy fellow guests in the shared room, which was a bit of a drawback. It would have been ideal to have a private room, but that wasn't a realistic option.

The Charm of the 17th Century: The original frescoes adorning the renovated room made me feel like I was celebrating my birthday in a majestic art gallery, creating an ambiance that was truly unique and special.

Bathroom Lights: The lights above the bathroom mirror were a tad outdated and gave me a slight cause for concern about their safety.
